Babies Northwest is hosting two luxury events in Portland and Seattle.These events are an intimate treat for expectant & new parents seeking the best, most innovative, eco-friendly and luxurious baby products and services on the market. It will bring together many of the best companies in the baby industry and place them all in one intimate location for consumers, retailers and the media. This is not your mass expo. In addition to the expo, this 'Super Saturday' will include educational workshops on a variety of topics, celebrity guest appearances, The Big Baby Shower featuring games and exclusive prizes and VIP experience offering guests early admission, a sweet swag bag and a day of pampering. BabyFest! Northwest is the NW’s premier events for all new parents and offer an interactive opportunity to get your product/service in front of more than 2,000 expectant & new moms in Portland and Seattle.Exhibitor Rates (Portland/Seattle):

  • 10x10: $495 - Early-Bird $395 *corner booths add $100
  • 10x20: $795 - Early-Bird $695 *corner booths add $100
  • 6' Table Top Exhibit: $300 - Early-Bird $250
  • 20x20 Activity Area: $1,695 - Early-Bird $1,595
  • Large Bulk Space (no pipe/drape, tables, chairs) $2.50 sf.

(Non-Profits with #501c3 and Hand-Crafters deduct 20% )

 Booth includes: Interactive space in your booth, company ID sign, 8' backdrop, 3' side curtain, 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, 8 exhibitor badges.  Table Top Exhibit includes:  Space only on your table top (storage under skirted table), company ID sign,  6' skirted table, chair, 4 exhibitor badges.

Space assignment is on a first-come basis.   • Official Tote Bag: $1,000:Have your branded bag distributed to all attendees. The perfect promotional vehicle with everyone walking around with your logo. Company must provide minimum 1,000 bags.
